Our Vision is to assist and make the most of their financial situation through our Debt Mediation Services in accordance with the National Credit Act for the betterment of their financial situation in the future. We will establish a successful partnership with our clients, our staff members, and our contributors, that respects the interest and goals of each party. Faieza Smith is the Director and Founder of Local Debt Mediation Services. She started her Mediation Venue out of a small garage of her 3-bedroom home in Eagle Park in October 2019.

Our very determined and Motivated Team consisted of Faieza, 2 sales agents and 1 admin assistant. Faieza first learned of Debt Mediation by a good friend that needed a silent partner to grow her business. Eager to assist, she learned more about the services offered and just how much it changes peoples’ lives.  What’s more rewarding than granting someone in need and opportunity to elevate?

 In September 2020, we took the plunge and moved into an office space in Wynberg and was encouraged by our faithful staff to expand. Faieza further educated herself and obtained her Debt Councilor diploma from the NCR. We then took aboard 20 unemployed youth from surrounding areas, offered them full training and development as well as a transport allowance whilst on training.

Our goals to expand and grow my team to 100 people by end 2022, changing more peoples’ lives with the services we render.
